Breakbulk Americas 2011: Market Outlook (Video)

John Mika, senior vice president of procurement at CH2M HILL, opened the Breakbulk Americas 2011 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Representing the Procurement Executives Group of the Engineering & Construction Industry, Mika said the recovery is "sluggish" but progressing and the megaprojects over the past several years are growing in size to become "gigaprojects."
